I would never order anything from Groupon again. I ordered 2 Foscam Cameras over a month ago and only received 1 after nothing but aggravation. First, only the antennas arrived. I spoke with Joshua G, a supervisor who told me he would look into it and call me back. He NEVER called me back. After emailing and calling for weeks, he emailed me and told me the camera was on its way. When I emailed back to confirm that BOTH cameras where on the way, he said YES, BOTH CAMERAS. Needless to say, I only received 1. To this day I have only received 1 and to this day I have not hear back from Joshua G. He made NO attempt to get me the product I paid for. I then began working with another supervisor who although communicated with me via email, told me that I was not going to be getting the product and said he'd refund the price of the 1 camera that I did not get. Clearly, he HAD to refund the price of the camera I did not get, as I never got it and paid for it! I told him I thought I should not have to pay for either camera.instead, he told me he would give me $20 in groupon dollars and considered the issue resolved. This is after I told him that $20 in groupon dollars was useless as I would NEVER use groupon again. All in all the experience was HORRIBLE. I would never purchase anything ever again. I'd urge everyone to save the aggravation and buy the product from a reliable vendor.
