I ordered a DVD from their on line site and the money was withdrawn almost immediately and now five months later I have not received anything from them. However following an e-mail enquiry I did receive the following response

"Hi
I am trying to get orders caught up. I apologize. I am just a one-man shop and sometimes the orders get behind. It should be going out soon.
Rest assured that you will get your order. I am not a scammer, just a slow old man.

Before writing to you I sent another enquiry to the address and when I tried to search for his web site I discovered that the site was no longer active

So do I have to wave bye bye to my $21.55?
