Placed an order on Feb. 23 for a DVD through ScooterMoviesShop.com. Received order confirmation but it is now April 2 and order still has not shipped. No phone number or address on their website, so e-mail is the only means of contact. My e-mail inquiries were ignored until I threatened to report the company. Their response said they were simply behind in filling orders. They promised my DVD would be shipped within a few days, but I still have not received my order or any other e-mail responses. On a side note, their server is unsecured, and after placing my order, fraudulent charges began appearing on my debit card. I had to cancel the card, and thankfully my bank returned the money to me. I cannot say specifically who committed the fraudulent charges — it could have been anyone since Scooter Movies Shop's server is unsecured — but theirs is the ONLY unsecured website I've ordered from. Lesson learned!
