Order for 4 DVD's acknowledged March 16, charged to credit card March 18. Email sent May 6, reply "trying to catch up" same day from owner David Miller. Emails sent June 5 & 17, no response. Filed complaint with BBB June 17, BBB closed case July 17 due to no response from Scooter Movies Shop. I strongly recommend not dealing with this company.
