The dress I received looked nothing at all like the photograph of what I ordered. It was comparable to something you'd find at a swap meet! The fabric was cheap and poorly tailored. There were pieces of lace hanging at the seams that were never trimmed. The stones used to embellish the dress were cheap plastic. The dress was inside out when I received it so I had to turn it inside out to view it. Since it had beading and rhinestones, the lace fabric caught on those materials, and ruined the fabric. On another note, I paid for rush shipping and the dress was received over a week late!!! I was unable to contact anyone via phone and the live chat was a joke, the individual on the other end would not answer any questions and completely stopped responding to my questions when I was persistent. You need to contact the company within 24 hours of receiving your shipment if you want to attempt a return, which is a joke because you wont be able to get a hold of anyone anyway... Even if you do the most you can expect back is 50% of what you paid... Not including shipping!!! Do not ever buy from this company! They are scamming people!!
