It was my first visit to Black Diamond, my car hadn't been washed in over a month. Go there for the full wash and come home to notice that both sides of the car front to back are scratched! It's a zig zag scratch line on two ridges of the car, scratches on the chrome as well... They denied it, saying that they didn't do it... But offered to buff it out. The buffing helped quite a bit, but the scratches were still visible. Again denying it, we ended up calling our insurance company. Taking the car to a body shop they estimated over four thousand dollars in damages. Thankful I've got full coverage on the car so it was fixed through my insurance. Would not recommend this place at all...
