Complaint / Review
Preservation Partners Management Group, Inc. 310 802 6670
Consumer Report

Hello, I have come to know of extenuating circumstances @ Corona Park Apartments and or management, that has lead to unhealthy unsafe living conditions.

My children ages 17 months, and 6 year old have been suffering from chronic conditions ie;

Otitis media (chronic middle ear infections) due to second hand smoke.

Possible drug exposure due to the prior tenants and the neighbors. (Pediatrician has informed us that this is most likely the cause).

I have noticed nasal infections myself, my 17 month old is a Special Needs Child that has had In-Home Support Services.

My caretaker,
from inland regional center, has complained about the "smell" and that she becomes, and i have noticed flu like symptoms when she visited.
We have to run the heater or ac continually, that results in higher than average utility bills.

My neighbor has informed me that "Drug Dealers" used to live in the unit I and my family now reside. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED, POLICE HAVE HIT THE DOOR WITH FLASHLIGHTS LOOKING FOR THE FORMER TENANT, UNTIL THE POLICE WENT TO THE NEIGHBOR AND THE NEIGHBOR INFORMED OF THE 'DEALERS' MOVE.

Methamphetamine contamination.

I am not aware of a hazardous chemical test being done on the unit?

I'm writing to ask you for your help in terminating this lease, (due to the health concerns.

And refunding the Security Deposit, to be used to obtain new TENANTCY.

There is also a person that lives in the complex that has threatened me.

The management was aware the dangerous exhibited behavior, battery on teenagers, has threatened me and tried to assult me, Thrown large pieces of concrete against my front door, threats

Of "blowing up my car" This has caused my family to feel unsafe.

He and his brother has shown aggressive threating posturing at me infront of my children in the pool area, next to and in eyesight of the manager,

My wifes car has been scratched, she has been harrassed. We do not feel safe here. We are both disabled. I have complained to the manager on numerous occasions about the situation and all the manager did was give me a 'cease or else' notice. The maintenace workers have witnessed these occurances. I know this is an unusual situation, ANY HELP, SUGGESTIONS, ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRICIATED.

Respectfully,

Al Martinez
