The complex is is full of mold and lead paint the EPA has shut down a few units because of the lead paint! The chimney is falling off the back of 3 story unit. There are about 20 cats in the basement they use the basement like there cat litter box management will not clean up after them are call someone to remove them. There are drug dealers and users all over the complex the police try there best but it seems like there's a new dealer ever day!
We renters went to the owner with are problems and about the eight people that od in the complex in the last month the bed bugs are out of control and management will not spray. We renters did a back round check on the manger her record is long from assault to drugs. This is the person with the keys to our apartments when where at work if I could afford to move I would.
