I moved into The Oxon Hill Village Apartments/Southern Management Corporation on April 30 and every since that time I have been harassed and their has been serious breaches of the lease contracts by Mr. Terry Cotton, Property Manager who first refused to correct and or remove tenants who were living in 2126 Alice Avenue #102 Oxon Hill, Maryland 20745 who were drug dealers who that continually caused disturbances off and on thru the late evening and early A.M. Hours after midnight and they had even cut a hole thru their kitchen floor that led down thru my kitchen ceiling and still refused to remove the tenants until I contacted The Maryland State Attorney General Office, Consumer Affairs and Housing and Urban Development, before Mr. Terry Cotton would remove the drug dealers and then he only moved them across from the rental office 2260 Alice Avenue to 2111 Alice Avenue Oxon Hill, Maryland 20745. Now the tenants that he moved into the one bedroom consist of an adult women and her three teenage children, the law in this area states that the first person must have one hundred square feet of living space and each other person must have seventy square feet of living space, which they do not have. These tenants continue to cause disturbances by blasting their television set extremely loud, stomping across the floor at various times and they have even thrown trash off of their balcony as if the adult is on some kind substance and why would the authorities not correct the aforementioned.in the lease contract their is a clause that states: if any tenant violates the peace and quiet of another tenant, that they will be immediately removed, and it is a violation of law to allow that many people living in an one bedroom apartment unit. The above aforementioned acts, actions, are in retaliation against my person for forcing Mr. Terry Cotton, Property Manager/Southern Management Corporation to remove his drug dealer friends, which are clearly hate crimes against my person also. The 50 States Security Protection who is one of the reasons that everyone rents here are a waste and a violation of our contract agreement, who refuse to follow the instructions of the tenant, but are following the instructions of Mr. Terry Cotton, Property Manager who only use them for his ill biding against the tenants who follow the rules and regulations of the lease contract agreement and should have their Security Licenses revoked for aiding and abiding Mr. Terry Cotton, Property Manager in his illegal renting acts, actions. Yes Mr. Terry Cotton, Property Manager and Southern Management Corporation are famous for tell their clients: you can move some were else, and they can be severely find and put out of buisness for their criminal acts, actions against The American Consumers also. The rules apply to all Oxon Hill Village Apartments/Southern Management Corporation, I have never been to an apartment complex were I have seen so many people live because of the deprivation of their rights and this must stop now. And I don't care if you don't like me, just respect me by following and enforcing the rules and regulations that are stipulated within the lease contract that I signed.
