I have been trading with Cititrader.com since early June. I understood there was a trading volume requirement to receive any funds I wished to withdraw. I fulfilled all requirements necessary; the faxing of certain documents to verify identity, providing direct deposit banking information to facilitate wire transfers & the 20x trading volume of initial deposit bonus. After each of these requirements was fulfilled, there was a delay in processing my withdraw request. Either the information wasn't readable and needed to be re-sent, or the person handling the request was dealing with a grave family matter & was out of the state/country, or the info needed to be re-sent again. They came up with excuse after excuse. Now finally, after multiple conversations with their Operations Manager Jeff Adams I received this email: I was advised by my compliance department that you used some kind of computerized program which has to be approved by them before using. Due to noncompliance we have to reject your request and close your account and refund you the original deposit.

I had suggested to Mr. Adams two weeks ago that they would steal the money I earned by doing exactly this. At that time he told me that " They don't work that way, That's not how they make their money, and They wouldn't do that". Well, they do, it is & they did. I would like to see them prove that libelous allegation.
