I was introduced to 777Binary Options, a self designed trading platform that claims to provide 100% secure and private investments, and who made financial trading rewarding for customers "every time they trade".
I have traded on this company's platform for the past two months and had a broker by the name JJ. We did trade during the evening, primarily on the Asian market. I deposited several thousands of dollars from my savings through direct deposits and several thousand by wire transfer. My broker, JJ, advised that I could have a withdrawal on or about December 21. I requested a withdrawal of $20,000.00 on December 21 and noticed that it showed in account as pending. After a two week period, I made several attempts to ascertain when the withdrawal would take place. I did not receive a reply until I contacted an agent in their chat room. The agent suggested that my bank may be holding my money. When I questioned further and told her that account showed it pending, she suggested that she would check with the accounting department and advise me in a few hours. The agent did not contact me as she suggested. Many days later, I contacted another agent in the chat room and asked for information regarding the withdrawal and was advised that she would look into it and get back to me. I emailed support@777Binary and left an email asking when the withdrawal would be available. I got a response from Andrea Lincoln. The contents are below:
777 Binary Withdrawal Policy and Bonus Redemption
In order to redeem their bonus credits customers are first obligated to meet a volume requirement on their account which the payment of bonus credits is conditioned upon. The general volume requirement on the customers' account requires that a customer trades a total account volume which is 15 times the value of the qualifying deposit given bonus. This condition is calculated from the point at which the bonus credit is first given. If a customer receives multiple bonus credits, the volume requirement is calculated one bonus credit at a time, from the earliest to the most recent. Any account withdrawals made by customers prior to the redemption of their bonus credits will result in the waiving of their entitlement to the bonus credit and the immediate withdrawal of the credit from their account.
I have since learned from an agent that the company's platform is rigged such that investors hardly wins trades and that their major goal is to have investors provide large amounts of funds to their company. Further, the company tells them to lie to the customers.
Upon hearing this, I realized that 777Binary Options is a company that lacks basic integrity and needs to repay me the full amount that was showing in my account on the day of my withdrawal request.
Since it appears that 777Binary Options have no intention to honour their obligation toward me, I am asking for your help in having this done as speedily as possible.
