Tonight, I went out to eat at the Cheese Cake Factory in Dayton, Ohio. I ordered a Margarita their top shelf w/Gold Tequila. The drink was very small & very light on alcohol hardly any in it mostly all I could taste was the sweet & sour mix which dominated the beverage. I asked the waitress if they served a larger portion & if they could put more Tequila in the drink. She returned and said there was no other size available and if I wanted to have more Tequila I would have to pay for a double. I was a little mad with that answer. I mean the first drink didn't have any Tequila in it to speak of now they want to basically charge me double for nothing. My wife's drink a Martini was also unusually small not near the top of the glass it looked like someone took a huge sip out of it. I should have sent my drink back the first time if they refused to fix it to my liking then I should have insisted to have it removed from my bill. Don't get me wrong I spend a lot of money eating out and I'm not cheap but I expect to get my money’s worth not $9.00 watered down drinks. I will not be returning to the Chintzy Bar Serving Cheese Cake Factory and I will tell everyone I know how cheap they are with their alcohol servings. The Chintzy Cheese Cake Factory bar tender could use a lesson from Red Lobster’s Bartender on how to prepare a drink.
