I purchased a Karcher 1600 PSI pressure washer from Walmart. Customer service at Walmart shocking. Customer insists on a repair on an item valued at $200??? Been inconvenienced travelling 40 miles. Used item 3x. 2nd Karcher product purchased in past 2 years not of high standard. Chinese import!!! Need I explain anymore??? Its just a brand, all come from the same source. I do not recommend this product to anyone. We used this for domestic use only, 3 x to be exact and its burnt out!!! Walmart Guarantee 30 days. Manufacturer guarantee then comes into effect, how often does one use a pressure washer to know that is it going to burn out. Not even 90 days later. Avoid Karcher products and shopping at Walmart. Recipe for disaster.
