Trading Circuit (ebay Branch Of Circuit City)
Sold defective product they claimed was good, then refused to refund Marion

I purchased a IN24 Projector from Ebay's Trading Circuit on December for $320. The ad promised 100% function. The projector arrived non-functioning. I followed every direction and contacted them immediately four times. I was delayed, deceived or ignored at every turn. They refused to contact me via my phone or email. They would not provide a usable contact information. They asked me to follow online steps without providing enough information to follow them. When they finally submitted my RMA return request I was told I had taken too long. This directly contradicts their return policy. Even though they sold me a defective unit that they claimed was good, they make me pay the shipping. Three email from trading circuit about the RMA process mention no deadlines. To this day I have paid my money and have nothing to show for it. The web site states that products other than "as-is" are guarenteed to work upon arrival. Trading Circuit lists three differnent requirements for returns. All the requirements are buried obscurely. Ones says 48hrs to notify, the 2nd on the same web page says 3 days & the third says you have 21 days to submit a return request. You don't get that one until you submit. Ooops, too late! The company refuses to use the email you currently have. They insist on using the address that purchased the item even if that address is dead, gone & has no access to it. This is true in my case. I notify them of my new address multiple times.
