I have ordered a Ray-Ban glass from the above website. After 8 days i mailed them a complaint that i didn't get any confirmation mail until then. They replied that there is no need of worrying and your product is under dispatching.
I again mailed after 18 days and i didn't get any reply. Now i saw that the web site was cheating its customers. I lost almost $40 in this website. Can i have my money refunded
