I used the website www.tomswholesale.org and bought five pairs of shoes which would come to a charge of £77.50. After waiting almost three weeks for the shoes to arrive I sent an e-mail to the company to which they replied the next day with tracking information of the delivery. The package arrived a few days after but when the box was opened, I realised I had been scammed. The shoes are meant to be 'Toms', however, these shoes were cheap rip-offs. I e-mailed the company immediately, venting my anger to which they did not reply. I sent another e-mail a week later, again no reply. I later checked my account to find that £82.99 had been taken by their company. I e-mailed them again to show how annoyed I was that not only had they given me bad workmanship but they had taken more than expected, they replied, in bad English, 'what 82.99 we only got 77.5.' I replied again and asked for a refund but again there was no reply. I know it was a long time ago but I have a very hectic schedule and had hoped to sort this with the company instead of having to report them. I would be ever so pleased if you could look into the website and even retrieve some of the money. The shoes which they sent were obviously fake and also three sizes too big! I have offered to return the shoes but as I have mentioned, they have not been replying to my e-mails.
