I ordered 3 DVDs on 1/06/08 and my card was charged at that time.
Received UPS tracking number on 1/08/08. Ups site said
" Billing information has been sent to UPS".
On 1/23/08 I e-mailed them with my suspicions of a fraud site. They replied with supplier and shipping problems. I agreed to give them more time.
On 2/08/08 I clicked on their embedded web link in my original "order confirmation" e-mail and it went to http://www.classictvcollectors.com
I e-mailed them demanding a refund.
On 2/13/08 they replied by e-mail agreeing to refund my money.
On 2/19/08 I had not received my refund and e-mailed them. No reply.
Again on 2/21/08 I e-mailed them.
On 2/22/08 I received this reply:
"We have already filed a refun with our banc for you. They will refund you, but we do not know as to how long it takes. Some people take weeks others it takes months. I am sorry that there is nothing else I can do for you.
Jennifer Holdings"
On 2/22/08 I e-mailed this reply:
"Bull! It does not take weeks or months.
I demand you return the money you stole from me 2 months ago."
I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and the Florida Better Business Bureau.
Their phone system was never operational.
Their online chat was not available when I was online.
Their embedded web link in my original e-mail now goes back to naxpmedia.net
