LegalZoom is a complete scam. I have already dissolved my LLC and am trying to remove them as a registered agent, but they refuse to act. They keep 'transferring' me from one agent to another, and no one response to their direct customer service line. They also basically told me that there is no way I can 'remove' them as an agent now and am obliged to keep paying them. This is a complete scam.
