I used Legal Zoom to buy an 'off the shelf' corporation a few years ago.
It cost me a few hundred dollars - which I thought was great.
The problem is that I didn't really do anything with the corporation, and decided to dissolve it. Despite this, Legal Zoom will NOT STOP sending me emails saying they are my 'Registered Agent' and I have a subscription of this kind. I have attempted several times via phone, and via email to explain that the company no longer exists, and that in any event i do NOT want Legal Zoom's services. But they keep emailing...
