On June 4th, I had a central air conditioning system put into my home by Sears. They sub-contracted the job with a Company by the name of
Dag. After two days, on June 6th, the system stopped working. I called many times to hear nothing back from Sears. I then called Dag's cell phone. He came, patched up the compressor and filled it with freeon. After three days he had to come back and fill it again.
Finally, Sears told me that I would get a replacement for the unit,
however, there has been no replacement and no return phone calls.
I am a senior citizen with a heart condition and SEars just doesn't care about its customers.
