I placed an order on May 11 before mother days for the Lorelia Anti-Aging Formula;online it was advertised free but I had to pay for shipping and handling which was 5.99 US. I received a confirmation email confirming my transaction (free product but paid shipping and handling. No where in my confirmation email did I receive any notification of this being a two week trial product, or any details regarding me being billed $96.78 US ($100.23 CA) after two weeks. I as going over my statment and seen a charge of 100.23 CA and immediately called my credit card company, than tried contacting Lorelia via phone but couldnt get through. Everytime I called I got various excuses their system currently down to call back after 1/2 an hour, than an hour, than one hour and a half than the next day. IT took about 2 to 3 days to reach them. ONce I reached a customer rep they told me they do not do refunds, and the most they can do for me is gave me 25% off a product that was falsely advertised as free but later billed $96.78US. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me they had to many calls, and I wasn't able to speak to one at the time. The Customer Rep also mentioned to me that the supervisor couldnt offer me any refund and the most they can do for me is offer 25% off which works out to be $25.37 CA. Now Im stuck with a product that was falsely advertised as free but ended up paying $74.86 CA. A really big rip off! Do not buy for this company a big scam!!! Warning!!
