On June 15, I allowed my grandson to purchase a $6.29 item for the game Dark Orbit on my debit card. He did not purchase anymore from that game.
I went out of state and a week later checked my account to see that several unapproved debits had hit my debit card by Big Point - Dark Orbit. I tried calling Big Point but received a voice message to email them for help, which I did. I've called them several times over the past week and have emailed them several times to no avail.
Then more debits hit my debit card. I contacted my bank, they checked into it and said they would dispute the debits for me. I also had them cancel my debit card and issue me a new one. All in total 11 debits with the total amount of about $163.00 was debited to my card!
Today my bank notified me that the disputes could not be resolved so I will not be receiving reimbursement for the $163.20.
I am planning to contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint about Big Point - Dark Obit. It is a rip-off! I will never ever allow my grandson to purchase anything from them again!
I really need your help!
