I was on my banking website when there appeared a survey which if i were to complete, I'd get a free skin care product. All I had to pay was the $5.69 shipping charge. I received the Lorelia Anti-Aging cream three days later. Yesterday, I check my credit card account and see that I was charged $102 by lorelia. From a little of browsing, I quickly learned that it's all fraud. When I called Lorelia (me credit card company provided their number because the package contained no bill or packing slip) they claimed I agreed to some terms to which I absolutely did not. I would never by a 100$ face cream from a company I don't know off the internet. I told them after they explain their scam (14 day trial period if you don't call to cancel and return the samples, you get charged this unbelievable amount MONTHLY) that I hadn't been in possession of their products for the 14 day period and they told me they told me the '14 day meter' starts on the day I supposedly purchased their products. I asked them for their company registry number to lodge a complaint and they refused to give it to me. I demanded a refund telling Meredith (the agent I spoke to) I did not want their product and they refused also. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused also.
