I received a call from a representative name Robert that stated they were from Microsoft and that my computer had a lot of virus and that they would be correcting it from their end they were able to. Access my pc and asked for me too enter my name etc. Then they connect to web2 fit when I asked why didn't it say Microsoft they stated that this was Microsoft and then asked that I pay 219.00 for 2years protection I then looked this up on another device which said it was a scam I then stopped and discontinued the call and shut down my computer. But my question. Is do they now have access to. My computers personal& non personsl Information
