Yahoo locked me out of my email account, so I could not communicate with my neurologist. When I tried to contact them, I was connected with Microsoft, who said I had a virus on my computer and they had to fix it. This had to do with an old incident with Microsoft a while back, and I filed a complaint with the ADA about Microsoft.
Yahoo connected me with Microsoft when I called them today to question them about the problem. Microsoft tried to download viruses to my computer!
