Called and told me he was from a microsoft company and my warranty had expired and that there were major errors being sent to him from my computer. Asked me to type in evt vwr in and run it and it showed me many many errors.
Asked me to go to a website and allow him to access my computer to fix the problems. I allowed this. I paid the guy via paypal. He told me he could also provide me with a free version of Microsoft Office Professional 2010. This was installed and not activated. The program was not authentic according to the Microsoft activation website.
So now i have a bunch of junk I cannot use and a computer that is unsafe to type any personal information in to.
