A man called my girlfriend claiming to be from Microsoft and knowing that her computer has been hacked by ten people and has 46,000 errors. He was allowed access to her computer and was paid the amount stated in order to buy a new license for her computer. When I was told I immediately told her to switch off her system after seeing multiple scam warnings about them. They were trying to infiltrate her system causing more and more problems in which they installed an ammyy program. This company has made many scams according to data I've found on various sites including the Norton Anti-Virus site. If anyone calls claiming to be from Microsoft then HANG UP IMMEDIATELY as Microsoft DO NOT cold call anyone and is stated on their website.
