Received phone call from a company who had identified themselves as being asked to contact me from Microsoft as my computer had many viruses and could crash very soon. I had had problems in the past where my computer had generated error reports to Microsoft so I presumed it was related to this. They said to press the microsoft button together with the r key and to bring up the file that would explain to me how many red crosses I had in my computer which needed to be cleaned up and after this my computer would work a lot faster, and they would do it for a fee. I went through the process although I was a bit dubious anyway this turned out to be a scam so I am warning other uses not to be sucked in as I was. I cancelled my credit card but what I am afraid about is that I am now being shadowed and they access to my passwords
