I was looking around the net for a loan and then the problems started i noticed in my checking account that they debited 89.00 without my permission then tonight i checked my account again and they hit it again on 6/27 for another 19.95 when noticing all the issues i called them today and talked to 2 different representatives one named Brittany the other Tracy Adams I told them that they did not get my authorization to access my checking account which they have done twice now. I asked both of them to talked to their manager and never did they allow me too. They both told me that they were going to cancel the application and send me the papers to get my money back. I have to admit i ended up getting very upset and cursed. I put on two different females in my home and Brittany and Tracy had gave them my personal information thinking they were to me or my deceased wife. But in the long run after 2 hours on the phone with them on the 27th I got no where. I told them that I was going to my bank and file the fraud papers. Throughout the process of them stealing from me my bank has charged me over 90.00 in nsf fees. After midnight on the 28th i checked my online account with my bank to find out that they done it again. I will be going to my bank today to file the complaint of fraud and i want my money back and the nsf fees back. I will be asking that charges be brought up on them to the fullest extent.
