Circuitmicro.com Fraudulent ACH debits from my personal checking account WITHOUT my permission Lake Forest

I went on their website back in April and began to fill out their application; however, I DID NOT finish the application, but had already put my bank info in. I X'ed out of the application deciding that this wasn't the company for me.

I didn't think anything of it until I saw my bank drafts online and noticed this company had debited my account on the same day for (2) different monetary transactions, which I had not authorized them to do. It came to $109.95.

I am in the military and got deployed so was unable to go into the bank to file an ACH dispute. I did, however email the guy Randomil (Randy) Jurasek and formally advised him to refund my money or a fraud investigation would be started not only by my bank, but the FBI as well as my attorneys. I never heard back from him.

On July 15th, today, my wife went to check our bank balance online and noticed that this same company, circuitmicro.com, had debited $210 from our bank account, bringing the total of unauthorized charges to over $300. I immediately went to the bank to close this account, but since there are pending debits for bills we had just paid, the bank won't close it. Not to mention, the debits this fraudulent company took out are going to cause MY bank account to go negative, which of course will incur outrageous overdraft fees that I will more than likely be responsible for.

This guy is a total scam artist and will be caught and put behind bars.

I will be filing a lawsuit against this guy to recoup all of the debits he took out of my account, as well as all of the overdraft fees it is going to cost me, AND recoup money for "pain & suffering"... Hahahaha.

You will be caught mr. Jurasek, and you will pay. I have a lot of gun power behind me, especially being in the military. The bank is contacting the fbi to see if they can track you down and put you where you belong!!!
