I contacted my bank about a check that went through my checking account on the 7th of dec and they gave me two no. S for the company called connect now usa. The company also had the numbers printed on the this bogus check that went through my account 866-400-0494 and 877-273-2700. The bank told me to try the number and I did and the company gave me a story saying that i sign with a payday loan and that intern sign me with them. No! I told them not is incorrect and they said that they would refund my 34.90 back to my checking in 7-14days not including weekends. They said around the dec 27th. Dec 27th came and no refund was made. They also gave me a confirmation number for the refund. I then spoke with the fraud department of my bank and they told me to go in the branch and file fraud papers, I did that, now the bank sent me a letter stating that I must contact connectnowusa because they didn't find any fraud present. I'm clearly upset because i've been a faitful customer.
Ps. I'm sorry i've been on the phone with the back while typing. Ok coporate office is going ahead and refund me the 34.90 and recommend I close my account.
