Attention Special Agent Refund Building

On June 22 I went on line and paid my Cricket bill through online bill pay like I normally do every month. The payment wad to be processed on June 24 for whatever reason Cricket saw fit to turn off my phone. I was traveling and did not know the phone was off, and had to have it turned back on and I had to do this over my cell phone using the 611 number.
I made another payment of $53.00 this made me having paid you all twice for the month of June. Now you say you have a no refund policy, well I want my money back, because you had no right to turn off that phone.
This is the second time cricket has done this type of stupid behavior with me. This is some type of fraud scheme you all are doing to good paying customers in order to get money out of them.
As a result of this action I no longer want your services and am I am canceling my services with you immediat4ely.
Therefore you cannot keep my payment of $59. Which you claim that you never received. When I tried to contact you and Capital one tried to fax over to you a copy of the payment where it was processed out of my account you all played the telephone game with us and we never did get to the correct department to get the amount refunded back into my account. But my account shows a credit of $7 therefore, it reflect that I am not due a payment until August which means you have applied the $59 to my account and did indeed receive the two payments
I want my money refunded to me Immediately! Like I said you had no right to turn that phone off, you saw that payment pending on the 24th the same day you suspended my account and turned off my phone, you should have accepted the online payment and left the phone on.

As a result I don’t want your services no longer. I am tired of your fraud and foolishness refund me now!
