Ripoff: suspended service after payment was made

[ our payments are 119.00 monthly for 2 phones] We made a payment (100.00) on Dec 6th thru a Kiosk that Cricket demads their customers to use (paying an extra 2.00 to use this "service") and was given an error message: unable to process payment, unable to print receipt. And the kiosk took our money. We called and had a search started on the money and I went in to the store to make a personal payment of 20.00. This was when I was informed that Cricket no longer accepts payments thru the offices, only over the phone and thru the Kiosks. Both ways, Cricket customers pay an extra "fee". On Dec 11th our phones were suspended due to non-payment. We have contacted the office on several occassions to settle this matter.

Cricket's final say is that they/we have no proof that we paid our bill and they will "refund our account 50.00" and not charge us a disconnect fee and they will let us make a "late" payment next month. This also forfeits our 2 rebates.

I am angry that this company MAKES the customers pay extra fees because they do not want to do their jobs. When trying to get this settled, the people have been rude and not customer oriented at all.

I am angry and this is NOT our final say.
