I called customer assistance to inquire about getting the code for the securicode. I explained to I believe his name was Seth that I had just purchase the car used and the code was not in the book pack, which was still sealed. He informed me that I had to go to the dealership in order for them to attach a machine to the car to get the code. I called Liberty Ford to see when it can be done. She, I did not get her name, said I would have to make an appointment and it would cost $49. I told her I purchased the truck used and the pack was intact but no code in it. She asked where I had purchased the truck from. I told her and in a tone that was very unprofessional told me to take it back to them and have them pay for it. This kind of attitude is what will keep me from buying another Ford product.
