Five Star Ford Sold vehicle to employee while in for repai

Had F150 truck towed to service department for repair. Dispute with extended warranty insurance company ensued. During this time I made numerous trips and phone calls to the service personnel at the dealership to stay in communication. Finally I decided to forget the extended warranty plan and have the repairs done at another service company for half the cost of what the dealership had quoted for repair.

When the service company called to obtain information on my engine they were told that my vehicle had been sold. I went to the dealership and was told that my vehicle had been sold at auction after they had taken a mechanics lien on my vehicle. I never received any notification from Five Star Ford of such action as stated by law. Later I found out that they had not sold the vehicle at auction but that one of their employees had bought the vehicle for little to nothing. The mechanics lien notice that they had sent never arrived at my residence because they had used the zip code of their employee.

Needless to say it was returned by the Post Office. One week prior to the sale I visited the service department to check on any progress with the extended warranty insurance and they said nothing about a mechanics lien or action against my property. How convenient. A week after the sale I received a post card from Sam Pack Five Star Ford with an advertisement, and the zip code was correct. I've now been in litigation against this company for 1 1/2 years. $8,000.00 in legal fees later they offered $2,000 as settlement. See ya in court Sam Pack Five Star Ford. Oh, and by the way they say the employee that bought the truck no longer works there.

No personal items were ever returned from the truck. Unfortunately I had left some bank deposit slips in the truck. Several months later I discovered many (4) debits on my account to a pornagraphic (beastality) website to the tune of $34.00 each. My bank account was credited back after filing a fraud complaint and report with the Police Department. Had to go to my bank and sign papers to block usage and eventually I closed the account.

Guess Sam Pack's ex-employee will have some explaining to do to the District Attorney's Office!
Do yourself a favor, don't do business with these people. Although their lobbies are full of Ford trophies for excellence they are some of the most dishonest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have lost my truck and faith in Ford Motor Company.
