I took my, truck to mullinax ford to see what was wrong they told me it was a ball joint and a gasket leak thermostat and the bill would be about 500.00. They did not have the part in stock so they used one from a parts place. This truck gets serviced on time plus i bought it new, I have bought 4 new trucks from this dealership, but I will not be dealing their no more, the bill was way out of line since i checked other places, I was told i reall got ripped off, For that kind of money i could have almost put in a all new frond end. Ford put a new tie rod end on in thirtythousand miles the trock is a 2007 and only has in the low fourtys now and something is always going wrong with this truck if you cant drive a ford fifty thousand and it hold up you better be looking for another truck to drive. I am not only done with this dealership I am done with FORD MOTOR their trucks just dont hold up to the way they advertise them. I told one of their sales mgr. About the problem and he told me mullinax had a large overhead and had to charge these kind of prices what kind of answer was that I thought that was very poor of an answer. As you see i am really upset with this dealership. You can stick a fork in me I am done.
