As reported in a letter to Ms. Green in numerous letters dated: August 31, September 30, and November 30, I requested that the following repairs be made to my apartment at 143 North 52nd Street, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19139:
Electrical Fuses
Bathroom Rug
Rodent problem
2 Eyes on Gas Stove inoperable
Ceiling fan in 2nd Bedroom inoperable
Electrical Wiring Running from ceiling fan to gas oven
Now that the winter months have approached I am now having to call on numerous occasions to have someone "bleed" the radiator in order to have heat in the aparment. I have yet to receive a response from Ms. Green.
