I placed an order for over 100.00. It was noted two items were on backorder and expected ship date was 5-16-13 and one item was incorrect. No back order items were shipped and no answer for the many phone messages I left, or faxes or emails. Finally did get someone who told me he did not want to hear rude comments. I WAS not rude. Anyway have not received the resolution I was promised from that phone call. Not surprised. Second time this has happened. There will not be a third. Please do not buy from this company.instructions are often wrong and items always missing.
