I placed an order on Aug 9, my credit card was charged right away. Called a month Katerina stil no order placed. Then I receive an email stating items ordered and paid for not available. Had to change the order for different items. Finally a month later said items were shipped.incorrect amount of items sent. I left several emails with ot response. Finally called and was told only 2 of the 3 items sent. Said will send the third item. No sorry nothing about sending the the third item expedited. Poorly ran company that's quick to charge me, but slow to send the items. Jill Steals will not get my business in the future. She should look closely before representing a company that is so poorly ran.
