I placed 4 orders with gasbike.net in between jan and march, on 2 orders i didn't receive all the items i paid for. When i emailed them i got no response. I called and there was no customer service line for problems so i had to call the order line. The responder asked what items i hadn't received. He did not ask for an order no or any other info. He responded that one of the items shipped from china and took up to or over 8 weeks to ship. The other items were supposedly on backorder. I told him that i wouldnt have ordered the items if i had known that they were on backorder. He said it was stated on the website that the items were on backorder. (there was no such indication) i told him i would file a complaint about this and he said go ahead, and hung up on me. So Beware of GASBIKE.net. A shady business indeed
