This retailer is horrible! I ordered tee shirts for my Sphinx cat and was so excited about my purchase. When I didn't recieve the items after two weeks (considering it was being shipped from Chicago to Michigan), I attempted to contact the retailer. I left several messages, since they do not answer their phone, and sent several emails but no reply. They finally replied to my email only after I threatened to dispute the transaction via PayPal that they would ship the item (meaning they just sat on my order for two weeks). They did not apologize. When I finally received the item, I discovered that one of the shirts was the wrong size. Again, I called and left messages and sent emails, but they never replied. What a waste of money and time. Clearly, this company does not understand what customer service is and does not care.
