Placed an order for the Panasonic 65inch ZT60, paid $3399 to Roman in Feb. It is now June 20th and no TV and no refund. As with all the other complaints on this site, he keeps lying and not answering the calls or emails. I am going to file a complaint with the Washington State AG's office and I suggest others who have been conned by him do the same. If the AG office receives enough complaints, they will have to take action. I also wonder if you can contact the US AG office to report this since he is accepting 'order' from out of state.
