No response - Still no tracking details

I used the "Contact us" form on the website a couple of days ago and still haven't gotten a reply. So now it's Hellopeter complaint time!

My item (GM5453217140044556) was processed 20 days ago and I still haven't seen any other tracking events. The FAQ says it should be "24-48 hours after your package has been processed in our facility".

What's up?
