On 6/27 my husband sent a bank transfer in the amount of $3,550 to Roman Ogourtsov, sales manager of WorldWide Electronics in Bellevue, Washington. Roman informed us that the TV would be shipped in 14 bussiness days, and that it was being shipped from Texas. When my husband contacted Roman to ask for the name of the shipping company and a tracking number, he came up with several lame excuses as to why he could not present us with an invoice or any of the other information. The 14 business days was up on Friday, July 18 and of course NO TV. We have requested that a refund of our money be transfered to our bank and have asked him to speak with our bank manager. As of today we have filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's Office, the BBB in Washington, of which Roman claimed to be a member of - another lie. We have also contacted some of the internet Scam sites and are now in the process of filing a civil suit for damages through the King County District Courts.
This thief has been commiting this fraud since December as per complaints on the various websites. He has been sucessful in doing this as he has used the following named websites, (1) BuyBest Plasma.com/clarity technologies (2) BuyTVToday.com, (3) WorldWide Electronics LLC, and (4) BuyBest Displays.com. There may be more out there. I uderstand that Scam book has sent Roman. Certified letters to no avail and that he keeps moving around. The last address was 347 Keysdtone Ave, Coupeville, Washington, 98239.
I believe it is time to contact the media.
