This is an update of my previous complaint filed on 7/20. Today I discovered on ResellerRatings.com that Roman Oguoustov has been defrauding people of their money since January. These reports were made on his other fraudulent websites, namely, 1) World Wide Electronics LLC, 2) BuyBest Displays (Formerly Buy Best Plasma.com/Clarity Technologies, 3) BuyTvtoday.com. And now 4) orderTvnow.com.
I am feeling extremely frustrated as I have filed complaints with all of the government agencies, Washington state Attorney General Office, FBI, Federal Trade Commission, Better Bussiness Bureau in Washington, and have voiced my complaint on several consumer protection websites and have had little or no results in getting my money back. I known that other people have reported losses as great as $6,500, so I know I am not the only one.
In a response I recently received from the Washington state Attorney General Office, they informed me that their office would need to determine when enough fraud had been committed that legal action on behalf of the public interest would be warranted. I do not know if this means that enough people have not yet filed complaints with them to make them aware of the serious nature of this problem as Roman continues to scam people out of thousands of dollars monthly.
One of the interesting things I have discovered is that Roman does not appear to run his scam in the state of Washington, it has all been conducted out of state.
Even if I never get my money back I would like to collaborate with anyone taking legal action against him to have his website taken done. Please contact me on this website.
