I placed an order for a LED TV on 1/2. I wired the money on 1/3. The merchandise was never shipped. I requested a refund about 2 weeks later. I have not received the refund—despite numerous emails, phone calls and ignored messages. I get excuse after excuse from Roman Ogourtsov. There seems to be a growing number of such cases. I agree with UmDad06 that we should all file complaints with the Washington State Attorney General Consumer Protection Office and the Federal Trade Commission until the fraudulent practices of this company are addressed.
