I purchased a Groupon for $169 for 3 IPL Photofacials. Belle, the owner (seemed nice and knowledgeable), also talked me into paying additional money on my first visit for an additional laser treatment to help with acne break outs on my chin. I was so excited to get started! After the first treatment, I unfortunatley, felt nothing (I was suppose to feel sunburned and the brown spots on my face were to get darker and fall off). I called Belle and she said she would do the treatment again and turn up the setting higher. After treatment number two I still felt nothing and saw zero results. Belle concluded I was not a good candidate for this procedure. I expected a refund but instead she told me she would not refund my money but would instead perform another service offering. I selected microdermabrasion. Upon my next visit I was very surprised that instead of offering me three microdermabrasion treatments to offset the IPL Photofacial treatments that did not work, she told me I was only due one. She claims that it is not her fault the IPL photofacial (basically, that it is trial and error) did nothing for me and she was not going to make good. I would not recommend Natural Beauty Laser as this is very poor customer service. If I were to purchase a television and it did not work, the store would replace it or refund my money. Same thing if I had a bad meal in a restaurant, the Manager would replace it or refund my money. So, basically I paid almost $200 for one microdermabrasion which is ridiculous! Very disappointing experience
