I change my phone because my phone was broken and they change it to a new phone, on that day I went home my phone was not working I can't even charge it. I went back to the store and try to fix it on that day and brought my charger and they said its ok my phone was working again. When i came home i use my phone a little bit then it was shut again and i can't turn it on. I went back to the store again Monday and same thing they said the phone is okay, I went home my phone same problem. Went back to their store again and try to fix it and when I went home same problem! I was so upset the whole situation I have to waste my time to go back in thier store how many times try to fix my phone. What I did I have to call the store and let them know I am so upset the whole situation because my phone I can't turn on and I spoke to their store Manager his name is Garry and I show him I am so upset the whole situation and he hang up on me just because i was upset and he called me i am immature unprofessional he can;t help me. To me when the costumer complain solve the issue and i let the whole world know don't buy an iphone too much problem and their stuff they are rude and arrogant specially the store Manager.
