I went to this store (on Aug 23rd, Tuesday) to repair my iphone 4 screen which is broke, after he finished replace a new one I found there are two fingerpirnts on the upper left side of the screen and the home button is not sensitive enough, so I told him the problem and went to the store on next day which is Wednesday for the second time replacement (he told me they will change a new screen and home button for me). However, when I got the cellphone back on Wednesday night, I saw the two fingerprint still on the screen and he just tried to clean the fingerprint but not clear enough (so I guess he didn't change a new screen for me). On the same day night, after few presses the home button stop working and the screen kept turn the pages automatically and the phone kept calling to others by itselve. I brought the phone to the store today-Thursday, and told him the problem I wrote above, and told him that he didn't change a new screen and home button for me, but he said he did, when I show him the fingerprint he kept saying he did and asked me if I said he didn't which means I thought he is lie to me and I answered yes, so he said to me rudely "get out off my store, if you are not leaving, I will call the police". I told him what is the prblem of the cellphone and wish him to solve the problem, he told me no because I said he is a lyer. I told him I want get my old screen back and get refund because he didn't do a good job on my cellphone, he refused and he said he did all the work for me.By the way, before I gave the cellphone to him I asked if the screen and the LCD are ordered from Apple factory or not, he said yes. However, compare to the origin iphone 4 screen and the one was replaced which is easily to tell the difference between the two cellphone pics' color and especially the white page with words pic, which the resolution factors has a big differents.
I don't need they replace or repair just want to get a refund, because I want to send it back to apple to fix it.
