I was offered a free trial of Collagenta serum if I paid the p&p charges. I have re-read all my emails from the company and they say that it is a free trial and there is no mention of any further payments apart from one phrase which says "We are certain you will be amazed of our Collagenta Serum during your two week evaluation period. If you are not 100% satisfied for whatever reason, simply send the trial kit back to us and you will not be billed further." Which does not clearly state that I would be charged £97.82 if I didn't return the serum within 2 weeks. I am absolutely fuming as I am a single mum who is struggling to heat my house and feed my family and I do NOT have £100 spare to buy stupid serums! I haven't even opened the bottle and if I had known about this I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place!
